No orders are posted on a holiday or a Sunday. Planned extended delays will always be announced on our website.

• - For Paypal orders verification is immediate.
• - For Direct Deposit orders typically up to 3 days. (This can vary due to our bank's update schedule and site maintenance.)

Shipping costs are calculated by item weight plus packaging. In the event of a calculation discrepancy, you will be contacted before the item is shipped.

Store Pickup (Walk In) is currently only offered on a case by case arrangement. Please contact us if you are in the ACT region and wish to arrange an order pickup.

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases. We aim for accuracy in stock counts on our site. In the event of an actual stock count vs site stock count discrepancy, you will be given the option for a refund, backorder or substitution.
